Nearby Share Feature.

Requirements
- The two PCs should have Bluetooth 4.0 or later.

Steps to Transfer Files from Using Nearby Share.
Step 1: The initial step is to ensure that your PCs are running 1803 or later form of Windows 10. To actually take a look at that, type Winver.exe in Start/taskbar search field and then hit Enter key.

Step 4: Right-click on your desired Files or document to Share and then click Share option in context menu to uncover the Share flyout.
Step 5: Windows 10 will currently begin searching for nearby devices. Your other PC that is receiving PC should now show up in the list. Click on the PC to start Sharing the Files or document.
Step 6: On your Receiving PC, you will see a Desktop notification with Save and Open, Save and Decline options. Click Save, or Save and Open to save the File.
Kindly note that the notification could disappear after a couple of moments. if you can’t find the notification on the desktop, click on the Action Center icon on the taskbar to see the notification.
All received files are saved in the Downloads Folder. You can Change it by going to Settings > System > Shared Experiences and afterward tapping the Change Destination under Save files.
