Food is the basic need for survival. we love to eat and having our favorite food soothes heart. We must eat thrice a day to live a healthy life. Nowadays carving for food is increased andso many pages based on food has gained attraction in social medias. Here are some foods that will definitely make you sickening and nauseating!
 

#1 Bird's nest soup -China.

It is a type of soup made by nest as the main ingredient. It is a popular delicacy in China which helps to manage Alzheimer's, reduce fatigue, increase immunity and many more. Bird's nest soup is extremely valuable and it costs nearly 5 lakhs per kg. Edible nest swiftlet is commonly seen in southeast Asia. 

#2 Tuna eyeballs -Japan.

Tuna is the most popular fish consumed throughout Japan. The eyes of Tuna fish are plucked out and kept for sale in supermarkets. There are various methods to cook these eyeballs yet the simplest way of cooking is to boil or steam and seasoned with garlic and soy sauce. 

#3 Tarantula spider fry -Cambodia.

It is a popular delicacy of Cambodia. The preparation of this recipe is very simple. They marinate the spider with salt ,sugar & MSG and fry it with garlic. Comparing to grasshopper it has more meat but it has brown sludge in abdomen filled with excrement, innards and eggs.
 

#4 Balut - Philippines.

I would say, this is the cruel dish i have ever heard. You will be wondering what it might be. This is a developing duck embryo which is boiled alive in its shell.It wont look appetising however this is a common street food and people in Philippines love to have it with beer. 

#5 Casu marzu - Italy.

It is also known as maggot cheese which is sheep's milk cheese contains wiggling live larvae. It is said that these worms gives this cheese an enhanced flavour. They consume it with the larvae hence some maggots survive in the stomach and burrow into the intestines. 

#6 Hormiga culona -Colombia.

These are fat-bottomed ants that are fried, roasted and served in small containers or bags in the streets of Colombia. These ants are usually female and good source of protein & low in saturated fat. Hormiga culona are crunchy, salty, and taste like crispy peanuts! 

#7 Century egg -China.

Southeast Asia. It is also known as thousand-year egg. This Century egg is made by preserving eggs of chicken, quail or duck in a mixture of quicklime, ash , salt, clay for weeks or even months. It will be ready to eat when it rotten and turns green or black. Each part of this eggs tastes distinctly. 

#8 pig tail -South america, pureto rico.

In pureto rico pig tails are eaten raw in sandwiches. It is said that pig tail is delicious & sticky and cooked with flavourful soup. They will clean it by removing hair in the tail for boiling and essential ingredients like green onion, ginger, garlic, star anises are added. It contains protein and several important minerals & vitamins.
